What is Commercial Automation?
Commercial automation is the use of technology to perform repetitive tasks in the sales process, respond to messages, qualify, schedule, and do follow-up: without depending on someone remembering. Automating without strategy, however, is just decorating the problem: the foundation is a well-designed process.
