What is Salesbot (Kommo)?
Salesbot is Kommo's automation builder: a visual bot that responds to messages, qualifies leads, moves deals in the pipeline, and triggers follow-ups without human intervention. It is the foundation for integrating AI and 24/7 customer service within Kommo CRM.
