Kommo costs from US$ 15 to US$ 45 per user/month in 2026, plus a custom Enterprise plan. Via official partner in Brazil, it’s around R$ 66 (Basic), R$ 110 (Advanced), and R$ 197 (Pro) per user, on an annual plan. The minimum charge is 6 months, prepaid — no à la carte monthly fee (consulted June 2026).

The difference that matters
The Base has CRM and inbox, but does NOT have Salesbot/Broadcasting, and since June 1, 2026, new Base users no longer have the AI Agent. The Advanced releases Salesbot, broadcasts, and AI Agent — it’s what we sell the most. The Pro includes an AI analyst, voice, and scheduling by AI.
Hidden costs
The plan price is just the tip of the iceberg: WhatsApp Business API (paid conversations to Meta, separate), telephony, marketplace widgets (monthly), and implementation. Budget for the complete system, not just the plan label.
Is it worth the investment?
It is worth it when you treat it as a sales machine. If a salesperson closes R$ 2,000/month more by stopping lead loss, the plan pays for itself many times over. The right calculation is not "how much it costs," but "how much I lose in revenue without a process." Call me that we design the setup for your scenario.
