What is commercial SIPOC?
SIPOC (Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Customers) is a process mapping tool applied to sales: it makes explicit where leads come from, what enters, what the process does, what outputs, and who the customer is. It is the starting point for structuring the sales engine.
